It’s been a long time coming but Alek Wek is just all sorts of beautiful. I mean seriously, have you seen this woman’s smile? I can’t help but smile back at her (yes, I mean smile at her pictures!). I had the hardest time, picking just a few photographs out of the 140 options.
I have yet to see her make some sort of statement on her haircare, especially as a natural or otherwise, but she keeps it short, not quite bald but not really TWA (teeny weeny afro) length. It looks like most of the time she keeps her hair natural although there were a few pictures were her hair looked really straight and the straightening options at that length are pretty much, chemicals (I might be wrong about this). But, that doesn’t matter. Our hairspiration this week hails from Sudan, and is the lovely Alek Wek.
